Marriott announces colab-cum-popup camp for Coachella 2017.  Not sure how we feel about that! What next, Art Cars by Marriott at Burning Man?  W at Glastonbury?

That said, for a hotel company often ridiculed as being "cookie cutter", they seem to be on point when it comes to savvy partnerships and considered content marketing (see Marriott Media Studio).

Their festival pop-up will focus on x8 tents themed around each of the millennial Marriott brands (Moxy, Aloft, Renaissance etc).  To book you'll need to be in the Marriott/SPG rewards program and payment will come in the form of bidding your hard earned points away.  Within the corporate compound guests will have access to prime views, a bar, showers, shuttles and late night food (erm, yes please!).
